Scope
The first week is spent with the people who do the job, watching how the work actually happens rather than how the process document says it does. That gap is usually where these projects die, and a week is enough to close it.
The second week we build a working version on your own records, so the conversation at the end is about something you have watched run rather than something we have described.
If there is nothing here worth building, we say so and explain why. Hearing that after two weeks is considerably cheaper than hearing it after a year.
- A week with the people who do the work today
- A working version running on your own records
- What it costs to build, and what it should save
- A plain written report your board can read
