The state of your records
If the information is spread across systems in inconsistent shape, tidying it is real work. Most companies are worse here than they expect.
Most firms in this market quote on request, which lets them anchor to whatever they think your budget is. Our scopes are fixed and so are the prices attached to them.
A two week scoping engagement starts at $15,000, and costs you one week of your team's time. Putting the process into your business starts at $75,000 and is usually live within three months. Running it afterwards starts at $9,000 a month. Working through the remaining processes starts at $35,000 a month.
The only thing billed on top is the running cost of the software itself, at exactly what it costs us. There is no charge for project management.
| Stage | Shape | From |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Two weeks, fixed fee | $15,000 |
| Deploy | Eight to sixteen weeks, staged | $75,000 |
| Run | Per month, annual | $9,000 |
| Standing function | Per month, six month minimum | $35,000 |
The first conversation is free. The first thing you pay for is the assessment, and you can stop after it.
The usual alternative to this is building the capability yourself. One senior engineer with real experience in this field costs well over $200,000 a year in the United States before recruitment fees, before the manager they need, and before the risk of hiring the wrong person for a skill your existing team cannot interview for.
Then you need a second one, because a single point of failure is not a capability. Then somebody senior spends a meaningful share of their week managing them. Then, eighteen months in, you find out whether the hire was any good.
Hiring becomes the right answer once you need a permanent team of several people. Below that, you are paying to build a department in order to fix a handful of processes, and we would rather just fix the processes.

Reaching into one modern system is straightforward. Reaching into four, one of which is twenty years old, is not.
Regulated industries need audit trails and review steps. That adds scope rather than difficulty, and we will tell you what it adds.
The prices above cover one. More than two is usually better handled as an ongoing programme, which works out cheaper per process.
We name which of these apply to you at the end of the assessment, before you commit to anything.
Quote on request exists so a firm can anchor to what it thinks you can pay. Two companies buying identical work end up paying different amounts, and the difference has more to do with how the procurement conversation went than with the work. It also wastes time on both sides. If $75,000 is not the right order of magnitude for your problem, knowing that today is more useful than knowing it in three weeks.
You do not, until the assessment. That is what the $15,000 buys: a number for what the process costs you today, a number for what it would cost to fix, and a working version you can watch. If those numbers do not work, the assessment says so and you stop there.
No, and we would rather be direct about why. Discounting it would make it a sales step rather than real work, and its value comes from the conclusion not being decided in advance. Sometimes it recommends against building.
No. Prices are the same wherever you are and we bill in USD. Local tax treatment differs and we will handle whatever your finance team needs on invoicing and withholding.
