Tell us what is slow.

Describe the process that costs you the most time or produces the most mistakes. You do not need to know what the solution looks like, and you do not need anyone technical in the room.

Get in touch

Email hello@forwardops.tech. Four or five sentences is plenty. No brief, no tender document, no answers required in advance.

We reply within two working days. If you would be better off building the team yourself, we will tell you that instead.

01 First message

What to send, and what to hold back.

Useful to include
  • What the process is, and roughly how many people spend time on it
  • What it costs you today, in hours, mistakes or delay
  • Whether anyone has tried to fix it before, and what happened
  • Which software your people use to do it now
  • Any hard rule we should know about, such as information that cannot leave your country
Please do not send yet
  • Data samples or exports of any kind
  • Credentials or access to any system
  • Internal documents under NDA
  • A full requirements specification. We would rather talk first

If we reach the point of needing access, we will sign whatever your security team requires before anything is shared.

02 Process

What happens next.

[1]

Within two working days

A reply from a person, not an autoresponder. Either a few questions, a suggested call, or a straight answer that this is not work we should take.

[2]

A free conversation

About forty five minutes. By the end you should have a view on whether this is worth doing at all and roughly what it would cost.

The assessment

The first paid step, two weeks from $15,000, ending with you watching it work. Everything is on the pricing page, with nothing held back for a sales call.

San Francisco Headquarters, and where most client-facing work happens
Bengaluru Our largest engineering base, where most of what we build gets built
Dubai Gulf clients, with in-region deployment including AWS Bahrain and UAE

If you already know the answer is no, that is fine too. We would rather hear the reason than have the thread go quiet.
